when i am upset
i start by walking out of my room, i go into the kitchen and grab a glass out of the cabinet and throw it at the tv. next, i grab my brand new Titleist 905 S driver and take out the lights on the fan. then i beat the hell out of my laptop and smash every window in my house. finally, to make sure all my anger is released, i park my piece of [censored] jeep cherokee directly under my bedroom window. i rip out the plugs to the tv in my room and drop the stupid tv onto the windshield of the jeep.
how do you relieve your anger?

when i get angry, i usually throw [censored]. usually poker chips, pennies, fish bowl....anything on my desk is game. if i get really upset, i start slamming my door into the wall as hard as i can.
most of my frustration comes when i get rivered by that 2-4 outer. [censored] pokerroom.com
