Default Two pair against a flush draw

Two pair has been a leak, pain in the **s, whatever lately.

The raise from villian says "FLUSH!". So what do we do from here? We've got boat outs, flush outs of our own, etc.

Ultimate Bet 1/2 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 2 folds, MP2 calls, 3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, MP2 folds, SB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (4 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero?????

How so? I'm not going to give him credit for the flush that quickly. I'm 3betting here quite often on the flop.

If you think that UTG has a made flush, then you should fold when it's one SB back to you on the flop.

You didn't give a read, but my turn action would depend largely on what I thought of UTG and what I felt he thinks of me. Would he raise the flop with a bare A/K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]? Would he raise with just TPDK? QT? As a total bluff? Against a total unknown, all of these are possible.

You're holding top two pair, plus a weak redraw since you hold the J of clubs, heads-up. Personally, I like your hand. You could be up against a made flush but I think you'll be ahead a decent percentage.

I'm torn between betting out and going for a c/r on the turn. You don't want to give a free card, but if you're behind to the nut flush I don't especially want to be reraised here. You have 4 outs to the house, but the pot is pretty small.

I think I want to bet out here. You deny a free card, and can just call a raise (and get 2 bets in if UTG is just running his bluff or bare A into the ground, or being overly agressive with AQ or QT).

If you're raised, I think I check/call a non Q/J river - regardless if the 4th club falls.

The raise doesn't mean he has the flush. most people would wait to raise the turn instead of facing the field with 2-cold.

3-bet the flop. lead the turn. call down if raised. you could be ahead, and have 4 outs to improve if you aren't.

I thought about this for awhile now. These situations becomes so much easier if you have a read on villain. If he is a good player, I really don't think he has a high made flush. It seems a bit unnatural to fastplay in a pot this small. I think he has a high flush draw, a small flush, a set or maybe AQ or something.
I think you should bet the turn and call down a raise. If he has a small flush you have 7 outs to a better flush and 4 to a full house, a very good draw. If he has a high flush draw he will check the turn and fold the river unless he catches something or decides to bluff so you won't make any more money from him unless you bet the turn.
