MlNWOO ?!

I never know what to do here. I probably would have called on the river if he just went all-in. But that 350 bet really scared me. But then again my check on the turn could have triggered him to make the bet on the river. I probably should have just went all-in on the turn if I was going to call any bet on the river, right? Oh, I checked on the turn because I thougth he had a Q...duh

What do you do on the river and how could I have played it differently/better? I don't really care if he had the Q or not, but I feel like I played this hand poorly, and it left me with a tough tough decision on the river.

This isn't a toguh decision on the river, it is a clear call. You are only down to a Queen. Bet the turn, if he has it, you are paying him off. He usually doesn't, though.

What do you put him on? Keep in mind that he did call a PF raise in early pos. I think the only hand he is likely have that I can beat is KJs.

In a 30, this could be any King. A missed JT, or even worse. Early on, you can't give unknown players undeserved respect. Big time long time -EV.

No way. Very easy call on the river, in any MTT.

Only if you are sure he is on a draw (which I think is unlikely). If he has a Q, he is not folding. If he has a king, you are at worst tied, and he is drawing dead. If he doesnt have either, you arent getting paid on the turn.

So..check the turn, let him bluff the river and call him down.

That check-call that my opponent makes on the flop really bothers me. I would have more confidence in my hand if he just check-raised all-in on the flop. Is it just me or does that check-call on the flop reek of a legit hand? (ie: KQ or any Q)

When anyone check/calls you, you instantly put them on the nuts? I don't know what to say to that.

No, but he did check call after the OP showed alot ot strength preflop and postflop, you have to include some hands you are losing to in your range for him.
