Default \"Work made for hire\"

In the release form that we have to sign and fill out for the WSOP registration, there is a phrase that says that when we play in a WSOP event that we are doing "work made for hire". Does this mean that we are unpaid employees of the Rio if we play an event?

It means you're giving up any claim to "authorship" of any film made of you playing, i.e. Harrahs will be the sole owner of the rightst to the coverage.

Anything you do or say can be held against you in a court of public opinion. (They don't have to get a release from you before using audio, video, or still shots of anything you do in the card room.)
