Default AQ tough river decision 5/10nl party

Villain in this hand seriously overplayed kq on k94 rainbow oop vs my ak postflop and I stacked him. He seems kinda weak and didn't want to bluff me at times when I didn't show strength yet I feel he is itching to get back at me which leads to my dilemma.
Raise AQo utg and he calls on button 6 handed. Ad3d4x. Bet 100 into 130ish. He calls turn 7s. Check check. river 8d i check be bets 300. I?

I fold. He overplays hands right? I expect an ace to throw out some sort of bet on the turn. His line smells of draw.
