Has anyone here read Satellite Strategy by McEvoy and Daugherty? Is it any good?

I have it, its okay but it mostly concentrates on one table satellite's, first half is limit one table and then second half No Limit, with a chapter on NL multi table.

any content relevant to advanced online SNG strategy?

Nothing at all on online SNG's though about 19 pages on online multi table satellite's, this book I think is more for inexperinecd satellite players (such as myself)then it is for already advanced players.
