Poll for Top set vs. action flop
I really like the possibilities for this hand/flop combination, so I thought it would be nice to take a poll.
PLO $200 mix of tight-passive, tight aggressive players. Most flops get bet. Everyone has full-stack. Hero: J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in early position, limps. 5 people see the flop, including blinds. Re: Poll for Top set vs. action flop
You only have a 40% chance of catching a safe/boat card.
I definitely want to checkraise the balls out of this flop. If they are all actually tight like you say, you should be able to narrow it down to just the nut flush draw and/or a good wrap draw, if they exist. I would expect either them, or 2nd/3rd set to lead on the flop. -Matt |
