Finding your own Tells
How do you find your own tells that you are giving off?

Re: Finding your own Tells
Play with a few friends or even just headsup with a friend over a cheap little home game and then talk to each other but things you might have picked up on each other. They know you the best and will probably be willing to help out for example "I figured you might be bluffing becaue you always (insert tell) when you're bluffing" or something similar.
Also, watching other players and noticing things will help you think "hmm, he does that with his hands when he has a big hand...what do I do with my hands", etc. |

Re: Finding your own Tells
I play heads-up games with my girlfriend, who can read me really well.
During the game, we focus a lot of energy on catching each other's tells, and tell each other after every hand what we picked up on. |
