Default Going from 5+1 to 10+1 in online MTTs

Hello all-

I've recently begun playing MTTs on Pokerroom, and have done quite well basically "playing by the book" (according to TPfAP). I've only played the 5+1s so far (played in 5 - 1 first, 1 second, 1 9th), and was considering moving up to 10+1 tourneys. I know the 10+1s are a better deal because you're only payig 10% juice, but how is the competition? I realize my results so far are unsustainable, but I think it's fair to say that playing by the book in a 5+1 is profitable. Am I better off staying t 5+1 for a while to practice, or is it worth moving up for the increased payouts/decreased juice?

Thanks!

-Dave

Move to $10 as soon as you have the roll for it. Opponents are the same, juice is half.

Agreed, same opponents on both. You might want to check out Pokerstars or UB also. The blinds dont increase nearly as fast as Pokerroom.
