Real Easy, Real Stupid question.
If I install Full Tilt just to get a general look at the games is it going to mess up getting RB there later? (Obviously I'm not signing up)

I would scrub down the computer before signing up for RB. Any cookie or fragment of software could interfere with getting RB. You've got to appear like a first timer.
