Default At what point is it really \'any two\'??

At what point in the tournament is it really any two cards to push with? (assume 11/22s)

For instance:

On the button stack is 4 x bb blinds are 8 and 10 bb respectively. What range of hands are you pushing with?

On the button stack is 5 x bb?
On the button stack is 3 x bb?

What if the bb is 8 and the sb is 10?

Just trying to get an idea of what range of hands i should be open pushing with.
