I'm not going to speak for BGC. Perhaps he has other reasons to be unhappy with her.
But her reputation is that of a strict constructionist; so I don't know what he (and other conservatives) would be upset about, unless it's her past statements that she believes abortion laws are already a settled matter in the eyes of the federal judiciary.

What's wrong with her? Your dad .... oops i mean W's dad ... nominated her to her current job.
Top three decisons of hers that you disagree with and why. There is at least one strike against her that I can offer -- she was not educated in a blue state. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

I am happy because even though she may not be as far right as I would like it appears she is to the right of O'Conner. If so the court itself should take a step to the right.
