Does anyone know online banks to invest your money?

I would like to use http://home.ingdirect.com/ but its only for US citizens, I'm wondering if there is any other bank which I would be able to send money from neteller so I can get 2% or so a month, anyone has any suggestion?

I use www.netbank.com but they don't allow cashouts direct from Neteller.

I'm pretty sure ING has accounts for other countries. I have a Canadian ING account.

If you want to get 6-7% per year for your savings with small risk, check out BIG .

But I'm not so sure if it's possible to buy these bonds worldwide or only in my country.

What about an online broker such as eTrade? I doubt they take deposits from Neteller though.
