Help with hand converter

I have been trying to get a hand converted using bisonbison's hand converter but can't get it to work.
I know it is not a problem with the converter since so many others use it but nothing I have tried works.
The hand is from Paradise.
If I put in the entire hand starting with the Game number and going to the end of the summary, this is what I get out of the converter.

Paradise Poker 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (0 handed) converter

Preflop: is with , .

krutoy checks, bullet99 checks, ***BIL*** checks.

Final Pot: 0 BB

I have tried putting in only portions of the hand history but I either get the same thing or I get a message that the hand history is not recognized.
Any help will be appreciated.

I did that already and included both the hand and what was coming out of the converter.
No response yet so I thought I would try here.

Thank you for the help and again thank you for taking the time to develop the converter. It makes it possible for a lot of people to gain a lot of knowledge quickly.
