Default curious about rakeback site

I'm not sure if posting the website would be against forum rules so I'll leave it out for now, but how do you guys know if one site is or isn't legit for rakeback? I found one I'm interested in because my current plan isn't great. Anyone know how to find out if this site is good enough to go with? If no one says anything I'll post what website I'm looking at later today.

Any site not listed there would be taken off my list of potential suitors.
