Default Stars 25k hand - best to fold this preflop?

109 players left. I only care for the final table. Blinds are 2k/4k with 200 antes.

I have 73,000.

Folds to me in UTG+1, I have 99 and raise to 14,000

Folds to a player in MP (he has me covered by a couple chips), he re-raises to 32,000.

It's 18,000 more for me to call. There's 53,800 in the pot now, giving me about 3:1 to call. But if I do call I'm committing about half my stack. Should I fold here to eliminate the risk of running into an overpair?

If the flop comes all rags, do I push immediately or consider a check-fold if he puts me all-in?

Thanks.
