spread sheet

I am new here and was wondering if someone could explain where I could get a good spreadsheet, and how I get my hand histories? The one that I am referring to is in this thread.

It's not exactly a spreadsheat. It's a database program (I believe written in Access). Just search google for Poker Tracker and I'm sure it will take you to their website. It costs around $45 but it's considered a necessity for most online poker players.
