you can use a program called pokerace hud or another program called gametime+ to overlay the stats of you and your opponents on the tables you are playing.

you can sign up through http://pokersourceonline.com/ and get PT for free (once you meet the requirements). that's how i got mine.
then, used about an hour or so of my poker winnings to buy PokerAce HUD as i found it 457x better than GameTime+ |

If you are wondering if it tracks online play in real-time, the answer is yes for most sites. |
