Any feedback on Horseshoe $325 tourneys?

Going to Vegas shortly and was looking at the Horseshoe Sunday night tourney. Has anybody played this and have any feedback? Seems decent set up from the info I got but is incomplete. I'd like to do the Bellagio Wed. $500 as well but my schedule makes that impossible. Any info would be helpful.
