AKo in 100NL
CO is 34/7/3.17 after 80 hands, hasn't done anything crazy. Around 8:30 my time (EST), he's in Europe.

I probably would have called a min-raise and check/called (unless he bet out of line), but this raise was too much for my liking. I couldn't figure out which hands he could have that I could beat: KJ, AQ, AJ wouldn't have raised; I'm splitting with AK; I'm behind sets, AA, KK, KQ, JT. What do you think, was this a weak/lucky fold or a good read? |

Re: AKo in 100NL
I'll generally fold to this the first time...you raised which oftentimes means AK...at least most opponents put you on that as a probably hand...maybe AQ. Flop comes KQ9 which hits most raising hands....yet he raises you anyway. To me that means something like 999, KQ, or J10. People love playing J 10, also people call raises with 99 for set value, and KQ is frequently seen calling a raise...all of those have you beat...I probably fold here the first time....if I see him taking frequent shots at me with raises then I make a stand somewhere, but not on the first time.
