EmpirePoker cashout.

Having an "investigation" into my cashout, 5 days and no response for 3. Is this standard, should I not worry about it? It's not about any rakeback or anything like that for sure been with them over 9 months. Does anyone have a customer service number, etc?

From what I remember cashouts has always been quick, and so has customer support also, so I suggest you email them.

Might depend on the cashout method, but after 9 months you should know that.

Wire Transfer took about 10 days for me to recieve, while VISA cashout took 2 days. Neteller usually 6-24 hours.

did you cash out right after receiving and inter-account transfer? this really slowed down my cashout as empire insists on examinging every angle to make sure it has nothing to do with rakeback.
