Default How to play HU against LAG

Heads UP--My opponent is raising preflop 90% of the time. He is also very aggressive postflop.

What hands can I call with preflop?

What hands can I go to the river with unimproved? (any ace?)

Yeah you can go to the river with any ace, maybe any king. You also need to threebet him a lot preflop if he's raising. Any hand you would consider raising with is a threebet hand. Check raise him a bunch with strong hands too.

And 3-bet all the hands you can go to showdown with unimproved (any pair, any ace, high kings). Putting much money into the pot early will make your tactic of going to showdown more correct.
