I shall be watching the spin, but he's not the same as the guy who did it around 10 years ago (and won) as that guy was reported after it was discovered.

This guy is the Dutch Boyd of London and has already had several failed quick-buck schemes.

I will be hoping the bet loses because I can't wait to see his next scheme in a few months time.

He is getting incredibly good odds here, as he either loses everything he has declared (I imagine he offloaded plenty to family members before announcing this) or wins double what he declared, plus double the 20k that blue square bought his name for plus I believe he gets paid if he wins, but not if he loses, etc etc.
