Lots of people think i suck these days, but i don't necessarily see the problem. If the flashing is really annoying people it should come down. How 'bout it kipin?

Pressing the stop button after the page has loaded will cease the flashing. Problem saved.

As far as I know, this doesn't work with Firefox.
