eurobet gulp

So I tried to xfer 1k from poker to sports today, viola, no problem!

Sweet!

So then I tried to take the rest of my bankroll in eurobet out ($54,200) and it said some type of error happened and the money is neither in poker or sports. It seems to have evaporated.

I'm not really panicking but I've sent them a message to see wtf is going on.

Yuck, that's sick man. Hopefully you'll be ok. I hear (from everyone in the forum) that they're a legit company but I know you already knew that.

Btw, that bank roll of yours is sick.

I've heard of those kinds of errors with Eurobet before, and it's always taken care of. So while they're inundated with withdrawals now and are probably overwhelmed, I think they'll be able to trace your money and within a few days you'll get it. At least that's the way it's been in the past when they screw up...

Ive emailed them, is that enough? Do I just kinda sit and hope my money shows up at some point?

yeah I had a similar error message yesterday when I tried to withdraw some cash but they resolved it pretty quickly and everything is OK now [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Maybe they are just overwhelmed at the moment with people jumping ship [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

i withdrew my eurobet money today, which was like 9k, and got an error message that said 8k was their max withdrawal and that I would need to contact customer service. I just withdrew the 8k and would deal with the 1k later.

Call them dude, their support is lacking! I've send them 2 emails in the last two weeks and haven't got one respons.

Eurobet is a massive bookmakers (sportsbook) in the UK. You will have no problem getting your money.

Yes, Coral are an absolutely huge bookmaker over here. They can cover this whole fiasco a million times over.

However, their cashier is having endless problems, even before all this nonsense. Their support also sucks. I have no doubt you will get your money, but it could take some work. I would send the email several times, and try phoning during UK working hours.

same thing happened to me for a similar sum. i am waiting anxsiously.
