Default Preflop guidlines after a caller

My general preflop play first in UTG or UTG+1 is KJo or better (sometimes KTo if a tightish table) A9s+ and 88+. I know there are a few more hands to play but I am beginning 6max.

My problem comes when people limp, what do I do with hands like KJo? A9s etc and what if I am the CO and 3 people have limped? I will raise suited connectors for value like JTs and sometimes T9s but are the UTG hands like KTo still playable?

Are there any particular areas in SSH or ITH that refers to SH preflop play?
