Default is it possible for a 3 outer to be a bad beat?

This felt worse than it actually was.

First round of a $55 tournament.
Omaha Pot Limit Hi

I limp with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

MP raises, I call.

Flop:

I check, MP bets pot, I call.

The whole 8,9,T,J,Q thing happens to play as well, giving villain something they call a straight I believe. But if he is playing Brazilian No-Limit Omaha, hero can use up to three cards from his hand and therefor make that flush to save the day.

No, hero has the top straight, flush redraw, and top set on the board on the turn. 6789T.
