Default problems with casino.net

I am having trouble with my money. i am not sure if they are not crediting my account when i leave the table or if someone is taking money from my account. i only play there every couple of weeks and from the last two times i played my account has gone from 70 down to 10. has anyone experienced this? it is just me and the wife at home and we work the same hours and she hates poker. so any ad vice would help. this is a serious post not a joke i have already written the help staff.

So you've written the support staff, what did they say? And I assume you've taken screenshots of before you leave, and when you come back right? If not, do so. And why is it that it has had to happen a second time before you even post about this? The first time it happens you should be right on it, calling and e-mailing the poker room.

I know it sounds funny. I usually play 2 or 3 cash tables at a time until i am ready to go to bed. so i close all my screens and relize that the money was not put back. but i think i have a crappy pc and slow connection so it must be lagging. well i get on a week or so latter and relize i am down 30 bucks which is the amount of bonus i recieved from them the last time i logged on. i think to my self maybe they found an error and took it back. so i play alittle while same couple of table and leave again. well last night i logged on and i am down to ten dollars not sure how or why and this is when it raised a flag for me. i do not play alot nor have i ver had the need to take screen shots. so it is my fault for being ignorant to ways of protecting myself. i am not wanting sympathy but just wondering if this has happen to anyone else. i am not sure if i said it or not but i only play micro limits .5/.10 and .10.20 so i would be well aware of huge losses like that. 50 dollars is not a lot of money. so it is not about the money just dont want anyone to be cheated if it is going on. I have accounts at doyles room and pokerstars and have not had any problems.
