Can I transfer my player notes from Party to Empire?

Hello all. I recently signed up for rakeback, so I will be playing on Empire very often instead of Party. Is it possible to transfer the little notes I've made on the Party players so they appear while playing on Empire? Thanks.

Copy the notes.txt file from your C:\PartyPoker directory to your C:\EmpirePoker directory.

If your playing on both skins similtaneously, import both sets of notes to pokertracker at the end of session, and then export them. This way you can synchronise notes across skins.
