It's really no different from B&M casinos banning card counters. The casino offers a game or a promotion tha allows you to make money following the rules, but when you actually do so, they ban you. I don't blame them too much. They are, after all, in business to make money, but it still strikes me as unfair that you are treated like a thief when you have been playing by their rules. Nobody forced them to offer a bonus with a small enough wagering requirement to make it +EV, and nobody forced B&M casinos to not shuffle after every hand in a blackjack game. |

Re: entertainment purposes??
It's a ripoff, pure and simple.
I lost my deposit. Lots of people lost. You don't hear much from the losers on these. These mothers free rolled us. I'm pissed. This will make it tough to play again... anywhere. |

Unless they want to give you the bonus, you're not going to get it. You can't get it out of them in court or whatever the hell you're thinking you'll do. The best you could do is harass them and post negative publicity (which they're already going to get). On an ass-reaming of this scale, casinomeister is likely to get involved, so there's nothing more you have to do except staying on top of new news with them. Your notion that you'll go to their office and get them to unlock your account and give you your bonus is pure fantasy. These companies are based offshore for a reason, and it's not because they like the weather. Just tough it out, and if you get your bonus back, be happy, if you don't, better luck next time. I really don't think identifying yourself as a bonus whore on a prominent forum is the best way to get your bonus back, and neither is writing them threatening emails. Freakin |

The fact that they are taking the money from those who won, and not refunding that of who has lost is theft. The consumer is in a no win situation. I have looked at the Kahniwake's website before, and this behaviour falls outside their charter. |

If you're in the UK, and the casinos are in the UK, you may be able to take them to court. I'm not sure whether the bonus money really is a gabmling debt. It was not a wager that you won, it was money promised to you on the condition that you signup and play. From a stricly financial point of view, it's probably not wourt fighting for, but as a matter of principal, maybe it is. |
