glad i finally got some responses on this one. i thought it was a pretty interesting hand.
reraising pf was an option, but against this particular player, its better to see a flop, then extract the maximum, as he cant let anything go. (quick side note- after i busted him, he won 6400 in like 40mins ) on the flop: i had no note on this guy, so when he led out for the full pot into 3 players, I figured him for a pretty strong hand or draw. i was not sure of the right play here between raising, calling and folding, but I thought there was a pretty good shot that he could have a pretty good draw, or maybe even KJ or QJ. it was already said, that a raise here would be way to expensive for what i might find out, so i decided to use my position and figure things out from there. i flat called and the turn came with the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. villian led out for the pot, and I turbo-mucked. i think if villian led out for the pot, I was folding unless it was an A or a J, then i'd have to reconsider. thanks for the replies. fsuplayer |
