8-5 Job. How much should you actually work?
I know your employer would want you to work 8 straight hours (with an hour for lunch, of course), but considering smoke breaks/socializing and the inability to remain efficient for 8 straight hours, what is reasonable to expect?

[/ QUOTE ] Just ask a runner. The longer the run (marathon) the more you pace yourself, endurance is all that matters. The shorter the run, you can sprint if you want. Cheers, SDM
