HVAC Air Conditioning

I recently saw a show on television where they talked about the new fuel efficient air conditioners coming in January. They also stated that there will be NO replacement of current units even for parts due to federal law. Does anybody know more about this situation? I think now would be a great time to purchase an AC manufacturing company or an AC service company due to the new law. Anybody else? Any HVAC stocks that anybody favors??
