3/6 line check (set)
i'm just wondering what y'all think of this line? is this preflop raise too risky? is it correct to slowplay flop (fairly drawless)
also no real reads, its my 2nd orbit at the table. wow, i need to raise flop here don't i........that's pretty pathetic. okerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $6 BB (8 handed) hand converter UTG+1 ($817.60) MP1 ($258) MP2 ($341.25) Hero ($601.80) Button ($604.05) SB ($173.10) BB ($371) UTG ($202.25) Preflop: Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 1 fold, UTG+1 raises to $24, MP1 calls $24, 1 fold, Hero raises to $60, 3 folds, UTG+1 calls $36, MP1 calls $36. Re: 3/6 line check (set)
I think you could find a fold on the river, I mean he must want the call. So I safely fold faceup and say, AA BIYATCH!
Call or raise to 100+ preflop. (I like a call) |

Re: 3/6 line check (set)
Your RR PF is very weak. I can't see any two cards folding. Raise pot, or call.
You got a perfect flop for action, after you RR PF. You've gotta raise the flop. I assume that it's a sick joke when people tell you to fold the river. |

Re: 3/6 line check (set)
If you have no reads, why reraise this guy's early position raise with 10-10? I think you should just call here, then raise the flop when you hit your set.
In the hand, I think you should've raised the flop. Anybody with a strong A will probably give you at least some action. The way you played this hand was a great play to dry up all action from second-best hands, since it looks like you were slow-playing A-A on the flop. You might even slow down a player with 7-7 this way. |

Re: 3/6 line check (set)
ok i lied
if he's gonna bet for you and you're playing for set value you should jc preflop if you think you have the best hand pre you should rr and you should almost certainly put a rr in on the flop though just calling is probably good to start |

Re: 3/6 line check (set)
congratulations on the pot!
YAY! we need a "brag" forum for uninteresting big pots that posters win... |
