Default Eurobet issues

Okay, I just switched from Party to Eurobet for rakeback. I created an account, deposited money, and now I'm stuck. I can't move money from sports to poker on the Eurobet site. It says "temporarily unavailable." And when I try to log on with the client it says "Login request is in process.....", never connects, and times out.

I've sent two messages to customer service and I've gotten retarded replies like "did you download the client?" and "are you entering the right username and password?" I've now requested a callback, but I'm not confident at all in their customer service now.

Has anyone had this problem before? How did you resolve it?

Try closing and reopening the client. It happens to me pretty regularly too.

Well apparently it's because I still have an account on PartyPoker. They told me I need to close that before I can use Eurobet.

That's not true.

Unless you tried to install Eurobet on the same computer Party was on. You have to do a clean install, from another computer, for each skin, or else clean out your registry of everything Party/skins-related before installing a new skin. Now that you've already installed Eurobet, I don't know that you can still do this.

Getting set up on Eurobet is very commonly a really clumsy process. There are posts about it on here all the time. I'd suggest asking your affiliate for help if you stay stuck. I don't know that he can do anything to help you if you registered for Eurobet on the same computer you were already on Party with, though.

Did you install Euro on a computer w/ Party on it. You're supposed to do this on a clean computer and make your first deposit on a clean computer, then you can add it on to your computer w/ Party.

Try installing on a clean computer and logging in once from there... I don't know if it'll solve it....

I've never done this with the party skins. Have you heard any consequences for not depositing from a clean computer?

bumping this thread back up....

i just signed up for eurobet tonight to get my rakeback as well, and was getting the same error message. i finally got through after about 20 mins. my affiliate said they sometimes have these issues at night (u.s. east coast).

fwiw, i used a clean computer over a clean I.P.

if only i could get the windows open the right size to multi-table on my new dell 6000

Yeah, when I installed it I apparently wasn't "clean." It was uninstalled, but was still in the registry. So now my account is flagged until they receive confirmation of my account being closed at Party. Not a big deal, as I won't really be playing on Party now anyway. But now I have to wait a long time before I can open another account there. Oh well. Don't make this mistake! It's irreversable.
