arp store my points disappeared?

I went into the arp store (at absolute) and "transferred" my points in to the store to buy some things. I didn't end up making a purchase, and when I left, the points appeared to have disappeared. I talked to support, and they said to try and go to "help" and then to "transfer points back" but that didn't work. does anybody know how to get the points back into my account?

Not sure about your points...but that is the worst store ever.

I had this exact problem and went round and round with Customer support until I figured out they don't have the knowledge or power to fix this problem. I finally emailed both promotions and the cashier departments to get this problem fixed. They then transfered this problem to Rafael Castro who put the points back into my account in an hour. You can take a short cut and directly email Castro or go through promotions or cashier department. Rafael's email is rafael@absolutepoker.com.

I had this problem, but I found a transfer points option somewhere on the store webpage, and that worked for me.

I had the same problems myself but got it fixed in the end.

The system doesn't register you correctly when you sign up (even if you do as they say and register and wait for confirmation email before you transfer points). What can happen is that two store accounts gets created. When you transfer points from cashier to the store it is transfered to one of those accounts. When you click the go to store link you are transfered to the empty store account.

A quick fix to access the store properly is to click the link "new member register here", or whatever its name is, and press submit to your personal info everytime you want to go to the store.

I sent a lot of angry emails back and forth before I had the
problem fixed. Many of the support persons don't know how to fix the problem. However a manager fixed it in the end for me (by deleteing the empty acount) so that the normal go to store and transfer buttons work.

I had this problem also. You would think they could find a way to not lose the points when you transfer them. I am glad I am not alone. I find it odd that they do not fix the problem since it seems to be a big issue.

Although, we are talking about AP here...

His point was that it was a shitty store. That is true. What is your point?

I guess I can see your point. But if you call it "free" then you have much to learn.

The amount of rake they collected from me makes it a bit more expensive than free.

I am not saying that ANYTHING free isnt better than NOTHING free. Just that even though it is free, I still am not going to order it.
