Dear TGC Guy,

Is it impossible in the Prima software to have bonuses credited automatically upon completion? Every other major poker site/platform (Party, Stars, Crypto, Absolute, UB, Paradise) has this capability. If not, you should get on whomever controls the software to change this: it must cost your staff a lot of work hours to credit bonuses manually and to deal with all the "where's my bonus" emails, etc.

I just got the other half of my bonus credited without contacting TGC so all is well. Very nice bonus. Thanks, TGC.

While I'm posting I might as well give some more feedback. I'm not allowed to request more chips while I'm in a hand. I know I can't actually bring them to the table while playing the hand but most sites allow you to ask for them anytime and then give you them at the end of the hand. Sometimes this leaves me shortstacked for several hands. It can be more awkward when multitabling.

I realise TGC may not have total control over the software, with this being a network but perhaps you can pass it on.

Ugh...I've never received so many emails in one day from a poker site. Enough with the 5 emails a day telling me one promotion each. Why not combine the 5 and give it to me in one go instead of jamming my inbox?

Depending on your mail client, you can always just setup a filter to move it directly into a folder, so it never has to clutter your main inbox.

Indeed I could but I like their site and don't mind reading their promotions but it would be nice if they saved the 4 emails I got today and combined the information into ONE email.
