Default The Check / Raise

Ok. This is by far the most overrated play in NL Hold'em. Some of you people check/raise like its your job. Check/raising is not only not always the best play, but is, in fact, sometimes a terrible play. However, you people still love it like a brother. I just laugh everytime you guys check/raise someone and have to fold when you get outplayed on the next street.

if you want a serious answer, i think it is. Your ahead of a significant portion of his range AK, AQ, 77, 55, maybe KQ, and mayve you will even get him to fold AT, and prob 99. ballsy, but i like it.

it can be misplayed, but i check raise when i have a hand that could easily call a push like a check raising set on a rainbow flop in early position etc.
