Default HEFAP being \"illegally distributed\"

Saw an e-book copy of hold'em poker for advanced players on a bittorrent site. Have not downloaded to see the quality or if its actually the right book. Just a heads up for you guys at 2+2 if there is anything you can do about it.

yeah,
i have seen copies all over the place as well.
both on torrent and on limewire.

once it's out
i don't think you can get the ship back in the bottle

actually, given the prevalence of poker sites giving out promotional e-books, i am surprised i haven't seen other book titles as well. definately the danger of having e-books, although who wants to read an entire book on their computer?

cheers,
the Real Macoy

Mason,

I am curious about how you were able to address this problem?

Posting content illegally IS illegal and you can theoretically contact the hosting companies and threaten with litigation. It has been done and illegal content -- anything from e-books to pictures from Playboy -- are taken down on a regular basis around the net.

Or you can let it slide.

Or you can think really nasty thoughts about the ne'er-do-wells who did it.

If I remember correctly, you can't let it slide. If you do you risk losing your copyright.

I think he is talking about someone selling a pdf of hpfap on ebay.

There is a website with all sorts of affiliate links i ran across that has a couple different poker "ebooks" which are just scans of real books. one being hpfap.

are you aware of this site mason?
