Eurobet - can\'t log in with old account?
Is anyone else having a problem logging into the new Eurobet software using their old account? I can log on to the website and access my account info without any problems, but not into the software.
Emailed support several times in the past 2 days and of course no response yet. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it? Thanks! P.S. How do you dial their support # form the U.S., I can't seem to get it to work.

I was able to log in when I first downloaded the new software but as of yesterday I have the same problem as you.
No response from support either...

I don't know if its the same problem or not, but I can't log in either, I enter my username & password and the poker client tell me username not recognised,
at the same tme a pop up appears on aol, saying the file is not supported by aol, then it changes to file to large for aol. I have called Customer support 3 times, Unistalled, re-installed, deleted cookies, deleted temporary files, changed password on website,I logged into eurobet website then I e-massaged them, to which I got a crap reply that other people are using it so there sofware works. I Have tried using aol dialer and using internet explorer, still can't log in, fed up with it now. anyone that has had a similar problem help please.

make sure to enter your website/sportsbook username, NOT your poker screename, its pretty counterintuitive, at least for me cause I tried like 20 things before doing that.

Yup I used My Username not poker screenname, it seems to be a problem/ conflict with aol. I don't know if the UK software for aol is the same as the US. Any Uk players have a similar problem as me?

After I upgraded I got a pop browser window when I tried to log in using my old account name. It told me to pick a new screen name (and had my old one pre-filled so I used it). After that I was able to log in with my old account number.
