Both your stacks are a little too big to push any 2 here.

very good post, becuase it is soooted, i push Depends on your read of the BB-- people get fed up w/ pushes, even in the $55's. We'll be on the bubble, and short stack will be UTG <1x BB, and i push J9o from button, and BB, 2nd biggest stack, calls w/ QJo. Obvioulsy if i was BB, my calling range would be AK+, JJ+-- even that is quite loose.

I need to revamp my game, and start pushing these hands-- seems like an easy push-- very +$EV-- if BB has 1/2 a brain.

I have a question for the more experience-- does it make more sense to push now? or when it is 4 handed? Does it not matter so much? I think it's better to push this 5 handed than 4 handed, because 4/5th get the same prize. According to ICM it's better if there are 5 peopel left. If the BB's calling range is 22+, A2+, KQ, KJs--- then it is still narrowly (by a hair .1%) +$EV. if blinds go up before they get back to u, i push this OR next hand.

People call way too much from the BB in spots like this, even otherwise decent players. I'm willing to pass up what is at best a tiny amount of EV for a little less varience and a little more FE later. If I had a few more chips and he had a few less and I thought he was tight, I might go ahead and fire, but not with the way the stacks are here.

Fold. While I can see pushing against a very tight BB, going after someones blind each time makes it unlikely that you will get away with it for very long. So fold the total crap. That way you will get more respect for your pushes with semi-crap.

Hey, if you think Villain's going to fold KJ or something, and allow you to shove any 2, then shove any 2, at least here.

Still, most opponents aren't going to let you do that.
