Default QQ PF risky call ?

Is this too risky for a call PF (bearing in mind that Hero would be in with a good chance to win afterwards with a big stack)?

NL Texas Hold'em $10 Buy-in + $1 Entry Fee Level:3 Blinds(25/50)
Seat 7 is the button
Total number of players : 7
Seat 2: UTG+1 ( $1270 )
Seat 3: MP1 ( $2253 )
Seat 4: CO ( $780 )
Seat 7: Button ( $445 )
Seat 8: Hero ( $1800 )
Seat 9: BB ( $657 )
Seat 10: UTG ( $795 )
Level:3 Blinds(25/50)
** Dealing down cards **
Dealt to Hero [ Qc Qh ]
UTG folds.
UTG+1 folds.
MP1 folds.

No this is an easy call. You could just push in the first place too if you want. No way in hell I fold QQ here.

That's just not true. t1600 with 7 people left is not a shoe in for anything. Gotta call here, not close. If you lose you lose, but your hand's way too good.

where did u get t1600 from?

hero already has t1800, he'll gain another 657 chips to be t2457 if he wins the hand with 6, not 7, opps left...that puts him as big stack, tho doesn't mean he can just walk over the table...

I think I misunderstood the OP's statement that

[/ QUOTE ]
I took that to mean that he'd have a good chance to win if he folded and didn't make the "risky call."

Either way, you're still calling.

General rule for the 10's absent of any player specific reads.

With smallish blinds
Call an all in with QQ Fold to an all in and a call with a good stack, but call with a marginal stack
