Flopping a set or quads is approx 2/50+2/49+2/48=12.2% or 1:7.2

He has two outs close to 100% of the time. And you should have 3-bet and called a push.

I would 3-bet again preflop and call a push or pot the flop if he flat calls my 3-bet. Your line is decent postflop. Bad turn card, but can't do anything but check/call.
