You're gonna run into an overpair much more often than a set here. You played it fine/perfectly postflop.

I prefer playing poker. See what happens on the turn.

Overpairs are more likely to fold on the flop push.

I think this is a very bad option as we're commiting half our stack and have a VERY vulnerable hand. An overpair with a heart is still 30% to win here. We want an overpair to fold to our allin on the flop (they would be making a mistake).

This is definitely NOT the time to slowplay
