It is possible for you to web browse using MS Excel. U have to use the control toolbar and the MS web browser option. Havent tried it in a long time. As for it being used with Party Software? Not sure about that.
But why go through the trouble with that, make the windows small enough and type it on off to the side

Excel is fairly easy to program so I could have it make my starting hand decisions automatically and then I'll play after the flop when I need to.
