Ugly J J.
All players unknown.
Prima NL100 10-handed $1BB. I'm UTG+1 w/ J J and $100. MP2 has $46. Button has $15. I open for $5, MP2 calls, button pushes, I call (should I have pushed?), MP2 calls. Flop($45): A T Tr Hero....? |

Re: Ugly J J.
I probably fold pre-flop. But now that you've gotten yourself in this mess, you've kinda gotta check/fold.

Re: Ugly J J.
Of course, folding pre flop came to mind. I'm not afraid of button though. Of course, he might have picket up one of the 3 hands that beat me, but in my experience, when short stack does this, it's very often AA-77 or AK-AT. If I was last to act, I would make that call every day of the week. However, now that MP called, I'm in a world of [censored]. How is pushing PF. AA-KK would almost certainly re-raise so the only thing I am afraid of is Q Q.

Re: Ugly J J.
i dont think pushing pf when it gets back to you is a bad idea. a lot of the time they will share an ace. as you played, i check/fold. although, i do think you have a much better chance of being ahead of MP2 than the button.

I checked, MP pushed, I folded. When I played it, it felt a bit weak.
MP showed J To, button show K Qo |
