Default Middle Limit Holdem reviews/thoughts?

I'm halfway through this book and feel like the advice given in this book is sort of on the borderline weak-tight side, with a very strong emphasis on boards with a two flush as devaluing just about every hand that is in play. Thoughts?

you're right about weak-tight. MLH is probably the least renowned of the Ciaffone books.

Mason thought his advice made more sense for NL than limit alot of the time. I tend to agree. Overall they fear monsters way too much.

yes the book is somewhat weak tight. however, it stresses "flop texture" more then any other book. combine the "flop texture" stuff with some good additional information, makes it a book i think most players can get a lot from. it is not ssh, but still very useful.

I like it. To be honest I think I play a little too fast post flop so this book helps me find some spots to slow it down a bit.
