Know how to contact Absolute Poker via phone?

I am having extreme difficulty with Absolute Poker. I have contacted their support 3 times and their help has been useless.
I tried to log in yesterday and receive the error message "Login ID is not recognized". Using the forget password feature does not work.
I've tried logging in at two seperate locations (my computer and then at a friends house on his PC) to no avail.

Support for Absolute has been awful. They have had me do such dumb things as reinstall Absolute and of course this hasn't worked.

I've asked via email for a support phone # and it's been ignored. I'm not sure how many native english speaking people they have running their support line but it seems like they don't even read emails and comprehend what the error really is but instead just regurgitate their FAQ.

I have no money currently in my Absolute account but was planning on going back there to play but now I'm not so certain if their support is always this awful.

Uninstalling / reinstalling is usually a good idea. If you have no money on the account why bother with it?

When was the last time you used the account? If it was more than 6 months since you last logged in, its likely that your account was closed.

Thanks all. I finally got a hold of Absolute. I was under an affiliate and was actually created under Big Chip Network. Was able to now connect to my account. Didn't want to lose account because of that unmentionable thing here.
