You will not find no limit in europe.
Pot limit is the preferance.
Most european countries offer poker in casinos.
www.pokerineurope.com should answer your questions.

In Holland you can play Limit Holdem and Omaha High (also limit I believe) in the Holland Casinos in Amsterdam and Breda.
Goto: www.hollandcasino.nl (partial english site)

Starting the 25th of august there is a poker tournament in Amsterdam, check : www.masterclassicsofpoker.nl for more info.

If you are including us Brits as part of Europe then you should be able to find something. Many of the Grosvenor and Stanley chain of casinos offer NL HE tourneys from around $10 rebuys upto ~$500 freezeouts. There are also some poker clubs scattered around, the most famous of which being the Gutshot in London. This offers many tourneys (all hold em i think) and cash games including hold em, omaha stud etc of varying buy ins f4om v low to quite high.

Hope this helps
