Default Bet a lot or a little

If you really follow a sport and want to bet it should you bet just about every game every night with the thinking since you know a decent amount that you should be able to pick around 55-60% or bet those 3,4,or 5 games a week you think are locks to minimize what you pay in vig?

Use some periods, man! It doesn't all have to be one sentence. I don't know how to answer your question, sorry.

There is no way that you can win by betting every game every night. On the other hand, you might miss opportunities if you restrict yourself to a very small number of bets.

You should be betting every game where you feel that you have a big enough edge to make your desired return. This will be different for everyone, but for most people that translates into games where one team has about a 55% chance of beating the spread. That might be zero games, that might be five games. It just depends on the day.

As for bet size, when you have a bigger edge, you make a larger bet. Of course, you have to be good at quantifying your edge. On most games your edge will not be large enough to bet anything more than one unit. Prop bets is really the place where varying bet size matters most.

"55-60%"

good luck. it's widely noted the best of the best handicappers, guys who crunch numbers hours on end, write computer programs to do so, etc. will have a peak of 54-55%. But if you can pick that many right, by all means bet according to your bankroll.
